Harry Ulmer is an overnight maintenance supervisor at a Walmart in Philadelphia. He says he was taking a break at 2 a.m. when he saved the life of a man who had fallen into the Delaware River. Ulmer used rope from his car and two broken logs to bring the man back to shore . . . all while calling 911.
