Get Well Soon, Demon!

We love KISS here at the Rocket, and we've had Gene Simmons on the show via phone, as well as having the thrill of meeting him in full stage gear when KISS came through town a couple of years ago.

Well, according to TMZ, Gene was admitted into Cedars-Sinai Hospital early Tuesday morning to undergo a medical procedure that should help get rid of the stones. It's non-invasive, we're told, and only took about an hour to complete.

A stent was inserted in his urethra, which helps urine flow from the kidney to the bladder ... ultimately forcing the stones to pass through. Ouch.

We're told the stent will be removed in about a week -- and any remaining stones will be removed too.

Hang in there, God of Thunder!
