The Music City Miracle still haunts me.

The NFL recently polled 68 members of the sports media to determine the 100 greatest plays in league history . . . and here are the Top Five:

1.The 'Immaculate Reception' from 1972 . . . the deflected pass that Pittsburgh Steelers running back Franco Harris miraculously caught for a touchdown, leading to the first playoff victory in the Steelers' existence.

2.The 'Catch' from 1981 . . . Dwight Clark's touchdown catch from Joe Montana that lifted San Francisco past Dallas to win the NFC championship.

3.The 'Helmet Catch' from 2008 . . . David Tyree's catch against his helmet that helped the Giants upset the New England Patriots in the 2008 Super Bowl.

4.The 'Music City Miracle' from 2000 . . . The end of the AFC Wild-Card playoff game between the Titans and Bills. With 16 seconds remaining, Titans tight end Frank Wycheck threw a lateral pass across the field to Kevin Dyson on the kickoff return, and Dyson then ran 75 yards to score the winning touchdown.

5.Malcolm Butler'sgame-winning interception in Super Bowl 49 in 2015.
