Get ready to buy more Lebron Jerseys

There can only be ONE #23 on every team, and according to reports, LEBRON JAMES has agreed to let ANTHONY DAVIS wear it when he joins the L.A. Lakers this season.

Anthony has worn #23 for his whole, seven-year career in New Orleans.LeBron has worn #23 during both stints with the Cleveland Cavaliers, as well as last year with the Lakers. But he wore #6 with Miami from 2010 to 2014.

There's no word what number LeBron will take, but the Lakers have retired so many that he'll be limited. He can't take numbers 8, 13, 22, 24, 25, 32, 33, 34, 42, 44, and 52.So he COULD take #6 again if he wants.

And last night, he seemed to hint that he's doing that on Twitter.

For what it's worth, LeBron and Anthony are trying to recruit a third star, and one target is JIMMY BUTLER, who also wears #23.But he's not as big as the others, so if he signs on, he'll have to pick another number too.

Of course, this change means that LeBron will be able to sell even MORE jerseys, which will probably upset some Lakers fans who picked up his #23 last year.(And there are already memes about that scenario.)
